Using a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy, your massage therapist will tailor a massage to meet your needs and achieve your goals for the session.
HOT STONE MASSAGE
Stones heated to 125°-140° are utilized to warm and heat aching muscles. This indulgent treatment pairs best with 75 and 90 minute massages
AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE
A soothing addition to any massage, we use PLANT THERAPY® essential oils and oil blends to add an extra dimension to your massage
CBD MASSAGE
We incorporate 2,500 mg nano CBD isolate directly into our emollients for a deeply penetrating and anti-inflammatory massage.
PRENATAL MASSAGE
For expectant mothers and women up to 3 months past-partum, your massage is scheduled with a therapist trained in certified in pre/post natal massage.
THERAPEUTIC CUPPING MASSAGE
Use of silicone or acrylic valve suction cups are used to target specific areas. Cupping does create ecchymosis and these marks can last days to weeks.
